Resignation of Kathy Milsom from Board of Directors

Kathy Milsom will be resigning from the Company’s Board of Directors, effective August 31, 2017

OTTAWA, ONTARIO – August 18, 2017 – Thermal Energy International Inc. (“Thermal Energy” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: TMG), a global provider of proprietary energy efficiency solutions to the industrial, commercial, and institutional sectors, today announced that Kathy Milsom will be resigning from the Company’s Board of Director, effective August 31, 2017

“We thank Kathy for all of her contributions to Thermal Energy since joining our board last year,” said William Crossland, CEO of Thermal Energy. “Kathy recently accepted a new role as President and CEO at Toronto Community Housing Corporation, and while she remains a strong supporter of Thermal Energy’s activities, given the significant commitment and attention the new role will require, she felt it necessary to step down from our board. We wish Kathy all the best in this new endeavour.”
